Long term tax gains

I just relocated to the US and am not a US tax resident yet, but will be one by the end of this year. I am about to liquidate a long term equity position I hold in Singapore. How much tax will I have to pay if I wire the proceeds to my US bank? I am hoping to only pay the 15% long term capital gains tax - but is there anything else I need to be aware of?
