Question 1040A Line 38

I filed my taxes this year before I figured out that I had to have form 1095. Now I have to send another form and redo page 2 of my 1040a I have everything ready but am now stuck in what to enter on line 38. I have been refered to form 8965 and get to step 4 line 6 of the worksheets and it says stop you are not liable for a Shared Responsibility Payment. I still don't know what to do with line 38 on the 1040A so I can continue and resubmit my tax forms. According to the letter I am not allowed to file a 1040x or amended return.
Please help I am expecting a large return that is supposed to help get my car back on the road.

Thank you,
Anneka
