Thumbs up Tax Advice for foreign alien margin account.

Hello dear friends,

I have a cash account in a US stockbroker since about 15 years.

I´m from (France) and I´m live in here (Paris) since born.

In the last 15 years I did not pay any TAX (capital gains) in USA; now I need to know if I change my account from cash account to margin account (for daytrading); if is the same thing ... that is, I am exempt/free from paying taxes in US soil.

Thank you very much.
