Conflict of Interest

I am going thru a divorce. I read in a publication somewhere that our CPA has to walk away from representing either of us since he was our CPA. If I am right can you tell me what publication that is in so I can take to my lawyer. He is siding with my husband and I don't think is right.

Thank you,

Cris
