| When is New Jersey Tax Amnesty available?
According to the State of New Jersey, "the Tax Amnesty period begins on May 4, 2009 and ends on June 15, 2009."
Taxpayers are advised that all tax returns and payments must be received (or postmarked) no later than midnight on Monday, June 15, 2009.
Further, the electronic submissions must be received by 11:59 PM on June 15, 2009. However, Taxpayers are urged that they should file and pay as soon as the Amnesty period begins in order to avoid processing delays or transaction errors.
