Please Help - Paying Estimated Taxes

I started an LLC on March 4th of this year. I know that I have to pay estimated quarterly taxes, but I have only collected one check this quarter...do I have to pay the same amount each quarter based on an estimate of what I think I will make for the entire year? Or can I pay the correct percentage out of what I actually earn each quarter?
