Am I required to list all my individual stock trades on my schedule D ?

I have more than 50 stock trades in 2006. Does the IRS require that all the individual stock trades be listed on schedule D or can I simply use the TD Waterhouse Statement that has a summary of my long term and short term trades.

Also, my option transactions are not listed on the TD Waterhouse Stmt. Should I include on my tax return or contact TD Waterhouse to correct my 1099?
