Multistate taxes

From January thru June 2008 I maintained a home in Oklahoma, but worked in Kansas. In June, I began working in Missouri. In July, I sold my home in Oklahoma and moved permanently (I hope) to Missouri. I had zero income derived from any source within the state of Oklahoma.

So...I had no Oklahoma income, do I have to file there at all?
I know I should file a non-resident return in Kansas.
Should my Missouri filing be as resident or part-year resident?

If I have to do three states, do I do Kansas first, then Oklahoma, then Missouri last?
