Tax return for c-corp

Hi,

I have created a c-corp (Domestic, Profit) in NJ last year. I have spent around $500 on various expenses for the company formation and website etc.

However, the company has no activity and no income during the last year.

I do not expect any activity or income this year also.

Can you please advice whether to close the company or keep it alive?

What will be minimum amount of tax that I have to pay this year if I chose to keep it alive?

What will be dissolving costs, if I decided to dissolve the company?

Thank You!
Venta25.
