Which Form should be used to file a Louisiana State Corporation Tax Return?

The form that should be used to file a Louisiana State corporation tax return is Form CIFT-620, 2008 Corporation Income and 2008 Franchise Tax.

In addition, an Initial CFT-4 Form, "Corporation Franchise Tax Initial Return" must also be filed for new Corporation's or the initial corporation tax return.
