Freelancer receiving foreign income

I am a freelance translator. This is my first year doing this. I imagine I'll receive a slieu of 1099's at the end of the year... but there are a couple of companies I am working with in Spain, and I imagine I will earn over $600 this year with them. Do I need to claim this income?
