Dual Citizenship Living Outside US With Foreign Income

I am a citizen of both the U.S. and United Kingdom. I lived in England and worked for an English company the entire 2014 tax year, was paid in English pounds, and paid English tax. Do I still have to submit a tax return to the IRS?
