Ohio LLC that has done ZERO business

My business partner and I formed an LLC in Ohio in 2014, have a federal EIN, but never filed for S Corp. It never took off. We have done ZERO business. What, if any, tax forms need to be filed? I'm interested in federal, state, and local information. I've tried searching the internet and found some conflicting information. Thanks in advance!
Also, I'm not very familiar with forum usage so I hope I posted this in the right place.
