Newbie to the US, Indepedent Contractor question

I'm a European person who just obtained US residency at mid-December 2014. Between the 20-30 of December 2014, I did work for a French company as an independent contractor. I sent the bill out before the end of the year. I got paid in early 2015.

I made about 700 USD, so I understand I must file taxes in the US.

I don't have a W2 from the French company, neither is there an 1099. Is there another form that would be appropriate to detail the origin of this income?

Thank you!
