Single form 3115 for 2 businesses?

Hi there,

I am a sole proprieter and have two businesses and file 2 schedule Cs with my 1040. Both businesses have been on the accrual method of accounting, but I would like to switch to cash-basis account/reporting starting with 2014. As I understand it, I have to file form 3115 with my 1040 to indicate this change under the automatic change request.

I am wondering if I need to file 2 separate 3115 forms, or will a single form cover both businesses b/c I want to make the same change?

Thanks!
