Child Tax Credit

Hello,

I am currently living overseas and I had a baby in 2014 and did not apply for Social Security. If I would apply now it would be to late to receive a SS# for taxes purpose.

Can you advise whether it is possible I can claim child tax credit for 2014 on next year taxes?

Thank you very much.

Sincerely.
