H1B - 9th year - Spouse H4 to F1 to OPT

I am hoping I can get some good advise from experts

I am on my H1B in my 9th year. My wife was is H4 since 2009. I was filing taxes myself until last year because my wife was not working. However, last year she converted to F1 and then to OPT. She just worked on her OPT though.

Can I file 'Married Filing Joint' this year and simply add both W2s (mine and her) or is it much more complicated than that? Your suggestions are much appreciated.

Thank you.
