Where does it go?

Hi all I have a quick question and I appreciate your help.

I owe taxes for years 2004 , 2010 , 2011 , 2012 and 2013

This year I have calculated a refund ....its not much but its a refund I am wondering will it go towards money owed from 2004 or will it pay the small amount of tax I owe from 2013 and 2012 ?
