Business income when filing in two states

I had business income as an independent contractor while living in Illinois. The business operations lasted from April - July and had profits of about $3,500. I filed that income on a schedule c for my federal tax return.

In August I moved to Pennsylvania. I am confused about how to document that business income on my state returns. Do I complete a schedule c for both Illinois and Pennsylvania? Do I owe tax on the income in both states even though the operation took place solely in illinois?
