Deduct Health ins.

I work in a family business where I am not the owner. The company tax person said because of the new tax laws that I have to show the insurance costs on line 1 of the w-2 but that I can deduct it back out. I always have done my own taxes online but I cannot figure out how to do it. The only area I can find is where I would have to put in business info like I am an owner, but I am not. I'm really confused on what to do here. He said that because I am related to the owners that the IRS considers me to be a 2% owner, even though I am not.

Thank you for any help.
