My ex and I have two kids. We finalized our divorce in 2013. In our divorce agreement, she agreed to let claim one of the kids until the age 18. She has majority custody. She has already singed the IRS 8332 form giving me that right. Does this allow me to claim head of household. If so, are there any income limits before that HOH tax benefit phases out?
