Nonresident Income Allocation - Rental Income

Relevant information: Live in Missouri, work in Kansas, own a rental home in Missouri that I receive income from.

Currently using TurboTax to fill out my Kansas state tax return. On of the questions under Part-Year and Nonresident Income Allocation is the following:

Enter the portion of the income you received from sources in Kansas or while you were a resident of Kansas. If none, enter zero.

Pension, IRA Distributions and Annuities
Rental Real Estate, Royalties, K-1 Income

If I earned, as an example, $12000 in rental income last year, do I report it here for Kansas? Do I report it when I file my Missouri return (since I actually earned this income in the state of Missouri)? Or will I report it on both? Same question for the Pension, IRA Distributions. If I took a withdrawal from my 401K (I do work in Kansas) do I report it here?
