my boss is 1099ing me even though im just about 100% sure it should be w2. I was an hourly employee, used his equipment, and he would take time out for lunches even when I didn't take one. is there anyway or anyone I can talk to so I can fight it and get a w2 please help im 21 struggling and don't want to pay into taxes if I don't have to
