please help if possible

:*"I recently e filed my return, and after realized the prepaid card I had it direct deposited to has a limit of $2500, and my refund is $6000. It says on the irs website its been sent to my account, the card people say it will be rejected and sent back to the irs. My question is how long will it take? And is there any way to speed up the process?
