Names on a W9 Form

Hi!

I am issuing 1099-Misc and 1099-Int forms for 2014 and a lot of people who gave me their W9 this year filled out their name as well as the business/ disregarded name (boxes 1 and 2). Does it matter which name I choose when writing out the 1099?

Thanks!
