1099-misc from old job but opened business

Hello,

I could really use some help on determining where to report my 1099-misc income. I received a 1099-misc from a previous job in 2013 and during the year I started a company. Do I file a separate Schedule C for the 1099-misc income or where do I report it? As well as determining the SE? I would appreciate if anyone could help me out.
