IRA Rollover

I retired in November 2013 (67 years old). As part of the retirement package offered by my employer, I could take a pension or a lump-sum distribution. I chose the lump-sum, intending to roll it over to my IRA with Met Life. However, when I got the check, my former employer treated it as a 100% distribution ($100K), withholding 20% ($20K) for taxes. The check ended up being for $80K.
I rolled that check over into my IRA, but when I got the 1099-R from my former employer, it indicated the entire amount was paid to me (Distribution Code 7) and I have no form to indicate it was rolled over. (I do, however, have all the receipts for depositing the check, then getting a bank check payable to Met Life, and a receipt from them.)
It seems reasonable to think the $80K rollover would not be taxable, but I don't know how to file it as a rollover because the 1099-R is not coded that way. Can you help?
