Company Car Abroad

Hello,
We are a small business (S-Corp) in the United States that would like to purchase a used vehicle for use in Costa Rica. The title would be transferred to the company and the company would pay for comprehensive insurance. The employee would use the vehicle for both personal and business use and track mileage for both. Can the company claim regular deductions for mileage, depreciation and expenses? Does it matter if the car is driven domestically or internationally?
Thank you!
