Mileage/vehicle expenses for 2nd job

I work a second job part time (10 hrs/wk) taking disabled people out to run errands. I am reimbursed for the mileage I drive from when I pick up my client to the point I drop him off (40 cents/mile)

As I understand it, IRS Publication 463 says that I can claim the mileage I incur driving from my first job directly to my second job?

Am I eligible to deduct the miles I drive while on duty for this job on my taxes?

Thanks in advance!
