Household employee income reporting

i have a question regarding household employee income. my question is that if i made $7304. in doing odd jobs, cleaning,etc from several different employers, in which i did not recieve any w2's. do i need to provide an explaination form anywhere? and is the only place i report income is in the other income catagory? even though it says enter household income under $1700.? thanks for your help
