I worked at Ruby Tuesday's for 2009 and a bit more for 2010. I first noticed that they weren't taking any taxes out of my paycheck a few months into my working there. After filling out another w4 I noticed a few months after that they were still not taking anything out. Long story short I filed multiple w4s with this place and just found out they never took a thing out for federal tax. I received w2s so I know I wasn't an independent contractor and I made 9.50 there working 30+ hours a week so I had to have been making enough to have federal taxes taken out. I think I just had a negligent manager or something to that effect. What can I do about this? I don't want to pay anything since I caught this error and submitted multiple w4s to them. Please help
