I have severe Fibromyalgia and my dr has recommended swimming in a warm water pool for exercise as all other exercise is intolerable. There are no pools near where i live, i live in farm country. my dr. said that i could install a pool and take it as a medical deduction on my taxes.

Is this true? I can not afford a pool without help. Has anyone dealt with this issue before?
Do you get the full amount of the pool?
What do you need from your dr to be able to get this deduction?
Is it automatically approved? If not what do i have to do to get it approved?
Any and all information that you guys can provide me on this issue will be greatly appreciated.
