Dependents for F1 on 1040NR

Description: I have been in US since Jan.2007 on F1 visa pursuing my PhD. and I have US income as I am teaching full time. I am aware that I consider myself as Non-resident for the first 5 years and required to file 1040NR form for tax return purpose.

Question: Can I add my dependents on the 1040NR and also claim child tax credit for them?

Thanks,,
