Need transcripts for mortgage? Not ready until June!?

My boyfriend is looking at purchasing a home. This has been a year long endeavor. Trying to get the mortgage on his previous two years of taxes wasn?t allowing him to be approved for enough, but with 2017 and 2018 he will have no problem getting financing for the home he wants.

Problem is.. he paperfiled his 2018 taxes, and he will have to pay in as he did last year.

The irs site says they will not be processed until June. Is this accurate?

Is there ways that lenders will approve for a loan without the actual transcript but with all of the info from the accountant?

Knowing the irs i know it?s likely impossible to have this process expedited.

We can?t seem to find the answers online anywhere. Any input of experience would be appreciate!!
