Wait a minute are you not efiling your tax return? If so, you do not need to worry about sending any W-2's to any States! But, if on the other hand, you are paper filing, then, your W-2's should go to Georgia and South Carolina, and your Wife's W-2 should go to Georgia and North Carolina.
But, I think if you are really paper filing why not make copies of all the W-2's and attach copies of all the W-2's to all the Tax Returns. Thus, in this way, you would not get any notices from any of the States demanding copies of W-2's. Just a thought! |
