Paying offshore contractor

I have a S-corp that wants to pay a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines. She is asking that i pay her via Paypal (Which is fine) but do i need to do anything on my side, tax-wise? 1099? i've heard that she needs to fill out a W-8 BEN form? would i require anything else?
