Of course ; as a US citizen, you MUST report your US source and world wide income on your Federal/ home state returns;however, as you paid taxes on your UK source income to UK, you MAY claim foreign tax credit by filing form 1116 to report credit on 1040 line 48 or can claim it as deduction on your Sch A of 1040 line 8.
