My brother is an NRI,he is in U.S for tha last 5 years.He has got a flat in versova which was purchased 4 years back.As he is selling the falt,so please tell me whether he will have to pay any tax or the buyer can deduct TDS and issue TDS certificate to him.
He is planning to invest the amount again in flat.
