I am filling out the SS-4 for an EIN for my startup. Currently the startup only has one person, the officer myself. I am not planning to pay myself any salary in the first few years. Am I considered an employee for Line 13?

I am planning to hire a full-time programmer near the end of this year. What should I put in Line 15 (notice that it uses "were" in the title)?

If the planned salary for the programmer is 100K a year, but by year end he will have probably only made 10k for a month or so. In line 14 is it Yes or No?
