What is the latest estimate of 2008 Tax refunds from the Stimulus package?

The Stimulus package apparently received the agreement between the President and Congress today sometime.

The public information is now available in the general news outlets. But, here is a quick summary.

What are the terms of the rebates?
1. Individuals who pay income taxes would get up to $600.

2. Working couples will receive $1,200.

3. Those with children an additional $300 per child under the agreement.

4 Workers who make at least $3,000 but don't pay taxes would get $300 rebates.

Further, it is expected that the rebates are expected to go out in June. The package also includes close to $50 billion in business tax cuts.

It would seem that you may qualify up to $1,800 assuming you do not exceed the income limitations.
