AARP Tax Preparation
AARP provides tax assistance and filing services to individuals over age 60 in a program that uses grants from the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS operates Tax Counseling for the Elderly and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance programs. AARP calls their program Tax-Aide, setting up in 7,000 cities throughout the U.S. about February 1 each year. The IRS training program certifies AARP volunteers. If you are over age 60 and need help with your federal income taxes, you may use the AARP Tax-Aide service near you.
Thanks a lot
