What is the depreciable period for Appliances that I purchased for my rental propert

I recently upgraded my rental properties with appliances such as a new Oven, a new Dishwasher, a new Washing Machine and Dryer.

My question is how many years can I write off these new appliances that I purchased?

Thanks!

Per the IRS tax depreciation rules, any "appliances purchased in connection with a rental property are depreciated over a 5 year period using a Modified Accelerated Cost Recovery System (MACRS) rates.
