Is the tax applicable on Derivative segment profits

I'm a house wife and have income source from Family pension. Now a days I'm trading in NSE F&O. my question is that whether the profit earned in Option CALL in derivative segment(not intra day) attracts TAX ? and will i have to file ITR for the same
