I am interested in purchasing a home and selling it within two months after repairs.I live in California and would like to know if the C.P.A in this forum could tell me what percent of the capital gain will I be taxed?And also can I write things off the gain like I do with self employment write offs.For example I write off my mortgage payments,business expenses and so on.Can I write thing off also on my capital gain?I would really appreciate your input.Thanks.
