If a corporation is formed in New Jersey, and the business wishes to move to Pennsylvania. how is this done? Can a corporation move or does the first corporation have to be dissolved and a new corporation formed in the new state? Or can we do a reorganization where a corporation is formed in the new state and the old corporation is merged into it. -- Thanks
