Hi,

a friend of mine worked in a restaurant during 2008. She still hasn't got her Form W-2 from the Restaurant she worked in and when she tried to contact them, she realised they closed and she can't contact them about the W-2 Form.

Is there any other way to proceed than through the Employer? Is there any other way to receive the W2 form Or to "Make" a replacement with the Paychecks?
