I would like to buy a house sometime before September 2009 in a different state
from where I currently live. I will move into that house in June 2010 and will live there
for more than 3 years. Will that house be qualified as my principal resident even though I
won't move in until next June but has the intention of using that as my primary resident?
Will I be able to claim the first time home buyer credit for 2009?
