What is the New Revised Original Filing date for the Corporations?

Individual Taxpayers now have until July 15, 2020, to file returns and pay 2019 income taxes.

This relief applies also applies to corporations with a calendar-year end, and others who were originally required to file an income tax return by April 15. Self-employment taxes owed by sole proprietors and others are also deferred to July 15.

The estimated tax payments for the 2020 first and second quarters are also deferred to July 15.

The longer deadline also applies to estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
