I filed a Nevada Corporation, does that exempt me from filing a NJ tax return?

Dear Taxguru,

My husband really got the impression that we were exempted from filing a New Jersey corporation tax return, since, despite a New Jersey based corporation, he decided to incorporate as a Nevada based corporation.

Really, the motivation was that he wanted to save corporation taxes from New Jersey! But, from reading your tax tips and ! Q & A, I think my husband was wrong in his belief!!!

Can you perhaps advise me whether the above is true or not?
