There are lots of LLC set up places online. It will probablly cost around $300-$500 once you file it with the state and pay their fees. Just do a google search for LLC formation in your state. If you were looking at a big business I would look at having a lawyer do it and theat cost easily cost in the thousands but for the scope of your business I would think the do it yourself kit would be fine. If you do decide to go the LLC route just make sure you follow all the rules and don't make any mistakes by comingling personal and business which would allow them to pierce the veil.
